Monthly Game Night - Last Saturday of Month

About this event

Come and have fun at Aiken's monthly Strategy Board Game night! We meet on the last Saturday of each month here in (or near) Aiken. Playing begins at 5:00. Mostly geared towards adults but older teens might do ok - suggest you contact us first.

This Game Night will be held at Scott's place near Midland Valley High School, 1 mile or so north of Highway 1 (Note that the meetup map doesn't show the actual location, just close). After you have RSVP'd to the event, we will send you the street address prior to the event (typically on the Thursday or Friday before).

We mostly play Euro style strategy games (like Catan, Scythe and Terraforming Mars) but lighter games often get played as well. We have a large selection of games to choose from. Don't worry if you haven't played these kind of games before, most of them aren't too difficult and we will teach you.

We encourage people to bring food/snacks of your choice to share as a potluck but it is not required - there is usually plenty of food. You can bring games that you want to play and you can bring your friends!

If you will, kindly RSVP on Meetup if you plan to attend. It is ok if you can't be there right on time; it is suggested you arrive no later than 7:30 to be sure you can join a game before we end play (many of them take a couple of hours).

Looking forward to seeing you!
