The Wrap

Two blocks of Laurens Street were the setting on Halloween, and the procession included skeletons, spiders, candy corn, Wizard of Oz characters and Federal Express packages. Dozens of dogs and their humans joined Downtown Dog's Howl-O-Ween parade, and the top prize, which includes free dog treats for a year, went to Chris and Mary Altieri, who wore cop and inmate attire and had their dachshunds decked out.
